Barite is a common mineral of barium. Pure barite is white and shiny. Because of the influence of impurities and mixtures, it is often gray, light red, light yellow, etc. Barite with fairly good crystallization can also appear as transparent crystals. Produced in low-temperature hydrothermal veins, such as quartz-barite veins, fluorite-barite veins, etc.
The first stage: Crushing
Raw Barite material should be crushed by primary crusher to 15mm-50mm then can enter the mill.
The second stage: Milling
The small pieces of Barite after crushed are sent to the buffer silo by the bucket elevator, then goes into the grinding chamber of the mill by the vibrating feeder before grinding mill.
For fine powder processing, LM Vertical Mill, MTW European Type Grinding Mill and MRN Pendulum Roller Grinding Mill are most economical and reasonable equipment; For ultrafine powder processing, LUM Ultrafine Vertical Mill, MW micro powder mill are most economical and reasonable equipment.; And for coarse powder processing, European Coarse Powder Mill and Straight-through Centrifugal Mill are more suitable equipments.
The third stage: Grading
The powdered material is separated by the classifier, the unqualified powder will be returned to the grinding mill chamber for re-milling.
The fourth stage: Collecting
Fine powder complies with the fineness and airflow go through the pipe into the dust collector for separation and collection. The finished powder will be transmitted to bucket elevator by screw conveyor and lifted into Silo for storage by Bucket elevator , then packed uniformly by powder tanker or automatic packing machine.
