Inspect leg leveling condition and material loss from misaligned conveyors or screens. Verify continuous stable feeding and avoid frequent starved‑feed. Under‑powered diesel generator also restricts capacity. Frequent disassembly and relocation may loosen transmission and locking components and degrade efficiency. Troubleshoot process conditions and machine status instead of directly referencing ideal catalogue lab‑data.

NK wheel‑mounted plant supports dual‑power configuration. External grid power is preferred for low energy cost. For remote sites without grid access, on‑board diesel generator set is optional for fully independent operation. Output capacity under diesel mode is slightly limited by engine power compared with grid‑power operation. Pay attention to heat dissipation and dust‑proof protection for generator. Follow electrical procedure strictly for power switching; live quick switch between two power sources is prohibited.

NK plant does not require heavy traditional concrete foundation. On‑site placement relies on adjustable support legs to bear full machine load; wheels are only for travelling and shall not bear crushing impact. Job‑site ground must be leveled and compacted with sufficient bearing capacity; soft ground needs hardening treatment. Level whole unit via multi‑group support legs to keep crusher and conveyors horizontal and avoid material deviation and unbalanced load. Never let wheels sustain operational impact loads during crushing.
