Carbon Black Grinding Mill
Carbon black is an amorphous carbon. It is the product of carbon-containing substances (coal, natural gas, heavy oil, fuel oil, etc.) under incomplete combustion or thermal decomposition under insufficient air conditions. Specific gravity 1.8-2.1, according to different uses, usually divided into carbon black for pigment, carbon black for rubber, conductive carbon black and special carbon black. According to the properties of carbon black, there are "reinforcing carbon black", "conductive carbon black", and "wear-resistant carbon black".
Applications
After deep processing of the waste tire refined carbon black, it can replace some of the commercial carbon blacks such as N330, N550, N660, N754, N774 as rubber filling, and use it as a plastic masterbatch in the plastic industry for EVA foaming, PE blown film, and plastic molds. Components, etc., to reduce the cost of commercial carbon black use, and enhance high-chroma visual impressions. As a pigment used in offset printing inks, it can greatly improve the ink dispersibility, fluidity, brightness, blackness and other properties.
Carbon black production process:After the cracking, the tires shoul be separated, purified, dried first, then pulverized by grinding mill and granulated,then finally get the finished carbon black。
The first stage: Drying
Use a dryer to make moisture inside the cracked tire to below 5%.then goes into grinding mill.
The second stage: Milling
The crushed small pieces of carbon black are sent to the silo by the elevator, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill by the vibrating feeder for grinding. Mostly carbon black will be processed into ultrafine powder , Our MW micro powder mill are more economical.
The third stage: Grading
The powdered material is classified by the classifier, and the unqualified powder is classified by the classifier and returned to the host for re-milling.
The fourth stage: Collecting
Fine powder complies with the fineness with airflow go through the pipe into the dust collector for separation and collection. The finished powder collected by the delivery device is delivered to the finished product bin, and then packed uniformly with the powder tanker or automatic packing machine.
