In 2025, Liming Heavy Industry increased investment in R&D, built a multi-level R&D team composed of doctors and masters, and jointly established R&D platforms with universities and research institutes to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

The company was honored as a "Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique and New" Small and Medium-sized Enterprise. It applied for 32 new patents, participated in formulating 5 industrial standards and 2 national standards, consolidating its technological barriers with innovative achievements.

Focusing on the demand for high-efficiency, intelligent and green grinding equipment, we have launched two flagship intelligent European trapezium mills: the PMD Permanent Magnet Direct Drive and the MTW6X Full Oil Lubrication.

Thin Oil + Intelligent Lubrication

The grinding rollers adopt thin oil lubrication technology, coupled with an intelligent lubrication system, realizing online lubrication for the classifier, main machine and all motors. It enables non-stop operation and ensures 24-hour continuous and stable running.

High-Performance Fan

The system is equipped with a new high-performance direct-drive fan. While ensuring the required air volume and pressure, the aerodynamic efficiency is improved by 15%, and power consumption is reduced by 8%–10% compared with traditional fans.

New Type Classifier

The new classifier features an optimized structure, better sealing and upgraded airflow speed, achieving both high classification efficiency and precision, resulting in superior final product quality.

Multi-Point Online Monitoring

Intelligent sensors are deployed at multiple points of the whole machine to capture key operating data in real time, intelligently analyze and warn of faults, avoid unplanned downtime, and ensure uniform and stable powder quality.

Intelligent Cloud Platform + APP Control: Remote Management, Intelligent Overall Control

Equipped with an intelligent cloud platform, it realizes full-link collection, analysis and visual presentation of operating data. It supports one-key control via mobile APP, requiring no on-site supervision, thus realizing intelligent management, reducing labor costs and improving management efficiency.

We have optimized the exclusive test platforms for European trapezium mills, vertical roller mills and other equipment, and established a full-process performance testing system.

Through simulating complex working conditions for actual testing and equipment parameter calibration, we ensure that each delivered machine operates stably and efficiently. With stringent standards, we remain true to our original aspiration of quality.

Orders continued to climb throughout the year, with a strong upward trend in production and sales. Single large-scale vertical roller mills and multiple sets of vertical roller mills and European trapezium mills were efficiently delivered to key project sites both at home and abroad.

We launched the 14th After-sales Service Tour of Grinding Mill in China, covering many provinces and fully implementing our elite service model.
