Working Principle

The motor drives the main shaft and every turnplate through the reducer.The reducer drives dozens of rollers to rotate against race way of ring through pin. Small material crushed by hammer crusher is transported into hopper by elevator, and then vibrating feeder shall feed material to the central part of upper turnplate evenly.The material falls to circle under the centrifugal force and comes down to raceway of ring to be crushed into powder.

Equipped with intelligent electric control cabinet, it realizes automatic control over feeding, grinding, classification and collection. It supports connection to upper‑level central‑control system for remote parameter monitoring and fault alarm display. Automatic mode reduces on‑site labor and human‑operation errors, suitable for stable continuous production of medium‑and‑large‑scale powder‑making projects.

Qualified ultrafine powder enters the cyclone and pulse collector for gas-solid separation and is discharged by a rotary valve. As the powder is extremely fine, ton-bags or vacuum packing with pneumatic conveying to silos is used; negative pressure ensures high recovery with no dust.

Yes. Petroleum coke and graphite are moderate‑hardness non‑flammable‑explosive materials. Strictly control feed moisture to avoid chamber caking and blockage. Graphite can reach high‑mesh fineness. Control feeding rate for petroleum coke to prevent main‑unit overload. Do not process modified flammable‑explosive graphite‑based products.

Drying system is available as optional accessory. When raw‑material moisture exceeds 6% limit, the drying unit pre‑reduces moisture to prevent chamber sticking and blockage, securing grinding efficiency and powder quality. It is non‑standard equipment. Evaluate necessity based on incoming‑material moisture, widely adopted for powder‑making with wet mineral raw materials.

Service life of grinding rollers and rings depends heavily on material hardness, feed size and operating load. For ordinary Mohs‑3‑4 non‑metallic ore under normal conditions, service life ranges from several months to about one year. Harder materials speed up abrasion and shorten service life. Strict feed‑size control and block‑lump rejection effectively extend roller‑ring working cycle.
