Crushing:Large limestone blocks are processed by a crusher to reach the feed particle size requirement (15mm–50mm) suitable for the grinding mill.
Grinding:The crushed limestone is conveyed by an elevator to the silo, then fed evenly and quantitatively into the grinding chamber of the mill by a vibrating feeder. For fine powder processing, the LM vertical roller mill and MTW European-type mill are available for grinding operation.
Classification:The ground limestone powder is classified by a powder classifier. Unqualified powder is returned to the main mill for re-grinding after classification.
Powder Collection:Qualified limestone powder with required fineness is carried by airflow through pipelines into the dust collector for separation and collection. The collected finished powder is conveyed from the discharge outlet to the finished product silo via conveying equipment, and finally packaged by bulk powder tank trucks or automatic packing machines.
