Process flow of Slag preparation project
The slag raw material is delivered from the hopper and measured by a quantitative feeder, then transported via a belt conveyor to the elevator. During the transportation process, the slag raw material passes through a de-ironing device and a vibrating screen for de-ironing and screening. It is then fed into the LM vertical mill for grinding through locking feeding equipment and other conveying devices. The ground slag powder is classified by a powder separator. The slag powder that meets the fineness requirements is collected by a dust collector and finally stored in the finished product warehouse via an air transport chute and elevator.
