During the project implementation process, the technical team innovatively designed the production line layout based on on-site conditions, maximizing the efficiency of the LM Vertical Coal Mill within limited space and providing reliable guarantee for continuous and stable operation. Clean Pulverized Coal Preparation Process
Raw coal is screened through a grid screen from the raw coal stockyard, then falls onto a steeply inclined belt conveyor or elevator. After iron removal by an electromagnetic iron remover, the raw coal is transported to the raw coal bunker for storage via the belt conveyor or elevator. Once the pulverizing system is fully started, the rod valve at the bottom of the raw coal bunker is opened, and the sealed metering rubber belt coal feeder is activated. The raw coal then enters the LM Vertical Coal Mill for drying and pulverizing.
Hot air or waste gas from the hot blast stove is drawn by the system fan into the vertical coal mill. After sufficient heat exchange with the raw coal being pulverized inside the mill, the hot air carries the pulverized coal to the separator for classification. Coarse pulverized coal with unqualified fineness falls back onto the grinding disc for re-pulverizing, while qualified pulverized coal is carried by the air flow into the explosion-proof plenum pulse dust collector to be collected. Subsequently, the qualified pulverized coal is discharged into the pulverized coal bunker through the rotary airlock valve. Impurities in the raw coal, such as part of the gangue and metal blocks, are discharged out of the mill through the air ring and slag discharge port.
