This project is a fuel pulverizing production line for an asphalt mixing plant of a well-known large-scale construction enterprise in Xinjiang, with coal as the processing material. Through precise grinding by the LM Vertical Coal Mill, it produces 200 mesh pulverized coal that perfectly meets the fuel requirements of asphalt mixing plants. Since its commissioning, the equipment has maintained a consistently efficient and stable operation. The production site features a compact and well-organized layout with full-process intelligent control in place. The finished pulverized coal achieves complete combustion, effectively reducing the energy consumption costs of asphalt production and earning high recognition from the customer.


Core Equipment: LM Vertical Coal Mill

Leveraging nearly 40 years of R&D and manufacturing experience in grinding equipment, the LM Vertical Coal Mill Clean Pulverized Coal Preparation System by Liming Heavy Industry integrates crushing, grinding, drying and classification into a single unit through innovative process design, enabling efficient, safe and eco-friendly production throughout the entire process from raw material to finished product. The equipment is innovatively equipped with a "Five-Level Safety Explosion-Proof Measure", establishing a fire and explosion-proof system that covers the entire area, runs through the whole process and monitors all source points, providing all-round protection for the safe and stable operation of the system.

Raw coal is screened through a grid screen from the raw coal yard and then conveyed to a steeply inclined belt conveyor or hoist. After iron removal by an electromagnetic iron remover, the raw coal is fed into the raw coal bunker for storage via the belt conveyor or hoist. Once the pulverizing system is fully started, the rod valve at the bottom of the raw coal bunker is opened and the sealed metering rubber belt coal feeder is activated, allowing the raw coal to enter the vertical coal mill for drying and grinding.
Hot air or waste gas from the hot blast stove is drawn into the vertical coal mill by the system fan. After sufficient heat exchange with the ground raw coal inside the mill, the air flow carries the pulverized coal to the classifier for separation. Coarse pulverized coal with unqualified fineness falls back onto the mill table for regrinding, while qualified pulverized coal is carried by the air flow into the explosion-proof air box pulse dust collector for collection, and then discharged into the pulverized coal bunker through the rotary airlock valve.
Impurities in raw coal, such as partial gangue and metal blocks, are discharged out of the mill through the air ring and slag discharge port. A CO-O2 online analysis system is installed in the entire process. When processing coal with high volatile content, safety measures such as a nitrogen protection system and an automatic CO2 fire extinguishing system can be configured.
