The core equipment of this project is the MTW European trapezium grinding mill, which incorporates multiple new patented technologies such as integral bevel gear transmission, internal thin-oil lubrication system, and curved air ducts. It features high grinding efficiency and large output, and is equipped with a pulse dust collector, meeting national environmental protection standards. The finished powder has uniform particle size and high purity, meeting the requirements of high-end coatings.
After the raw material of ground calcium carbonate is cleaned to remove impurities and pre-crushed, it is uniformly and continuously fed into the grinding chamber of the main mill via a variable-frequency belt feeder for grinding. The ground material is conveyed by the airflow generated by the fan to the classifier for sizing. Under the action of the analyzer, the material that does not meet the fineness requirement falls back into the grinding chamber for regrinding, while the qualified material flows with the airflow through the pipeline into the cyclone powder collector for separation and collection. The product is then discharged through the discharging device. The separated airflow returns to the fan through the return air duct at the upper end of the cyclone powder collector. This production system operates under negative pressure in a sealed environment and is equipped with a pulse dust collector to prevent dust leakage, fully complying with national environmental protection standards.
