During the grinding process, hot air (temperature: 120-180℃) generated by the hot air furnace is introduced into the mill to dry the materials (moisture content reduced to ≤1%). The ground materials are carried by the system air flow (wind speed: 1.2-1.8 m/s) to the powder separator for classification: fine powder with a particle size of 200-325 mesh (meeting the requirements) is collected by the pulse dust collector (collection efficiency ≥99.9%) and conveyed to the finished product silo via an air chute and elevator; unqualified coarse powder (>325 mesh) is returned to the MTW European Trapezium Grinding Mill for regrinding, forming a closed-circuit cycle to ensure the product particle size complies with the specified standards.
