Liming Heavy Industry’s MTW European Trapezium Grinding Mill meets the high-standard requirements of barite powder production with multiple core advantages. Adopting innovative grinding technology, it has achieved breakthroughs in key aspects including the transmission system, lubrication system, air duct design, roller and ring structure, finished product particle size control and powder selection system, air inlet volute design, and intelligent control system. First, barite raw materials are uniformly fed into the crusher through a vibrating feeder with a feeding capacity of 5-10 t/h (typical value). After being crushed to a particle size of ≤30 mm, the materials are transported to the MTW European Trapezium Grinding Mill by a bucket elevator for grinding. During the grinding process, hot air (temperature: 120-180℃) generated by the hot air furnace is introduced into the mill to dry the materials (moisture content reduced to ≤1%). The ground materials are carried by the system air flow (wind speed: 1.2-1.8 m/s) to the powder separator for classification: fine powder with a particle size of 200-325 mesh (meeting the requirements) is collected by the pulse dust collector (collection efficiency ≥99.9%) and conveyed to the finished product silo via an air chute and elevator; unqualified coarse powder (>325 mesh) is returned to the MTW European Trapezium Grinding Mill for regrinding, forming a closed-circuit cycle to ensure the product particle size complies with the specified standards.
