Raw materials are fed uniformly, quantitatively and continuously into the main grinding chamber via a variable-frequency belt feeder. The ground materials are conveyed by fan airflow to the classifier for classification. Under the operation of the analyzer, materials failing to meet fineness standards fall back into the chamber for re-grinding, while qualified powder is carried by airflow through pipelines into the cyclone collector for separation and collection, and discharged as finished products via the discharging unit. The separated airflow returns to the fan through the air return duct on the top of the cyclone collector. The whole production system operates under negative pressure and fully enclosed conditions. Equipped with a pulse dust collector, it prevents dust leakage and complies with national environmental protection standards.
