This barite grinding production line adopts the MTW European Trapezium Grinding Mill as its core host equipment. In the early project phase, Liming Heavy Industry optimizes the overall layout according to site conditions and customer output requirements. The production line integrates crushing, grinding, classification and conveying with seamless process connection for compact and efficient operation. Equipped with an intelligent central control system, the whole line enables real-time equipment monitoring and flexible parameter adjustment to maintain stable and high-yield production.

The process adopts a closed-circuit production mode: Raw ore is fed evenly into the crusher for fine crushing via a vibrating feeder, and crushed material is conveyed by a bucket elevator to the MTW European Trapezium Grinding Mill for pulverization. Hot air is introduced into the mill during grinding to dry materials simultaneously. Ground powder is carried by airflow into the classifier for separation. Qualified fine powder is collected by a pulse dust collector and conveyed into the finished-product silo through air slides and elevators, while oversize coarse material falls back into the mill for regrinding in closed circulation to stably control finished product fineness.
