Carbon Manufacturing Process
Using petroleum coke and needle coke as the main raw materials, with coal tar pitch as the binder. The process begins with calcining the raw materials for pretreatment, which removes volatile components and improves their physical and chemical properties. The calcined coke is then crushed and ground to a specified particle size, followed by precise batching according to the formula.
In the kneading process, the raw materials are fully mixed with molten pitch to form a uniform plastic paste. This paste is shaped into green bodies through molding methods such as compression molding, vibration molding, or extrusion.
