Barite Powder-Making Process and Equipment Selection
First, barite raw materials are uniformly conveyed to a crusher by a vibrating feeder. The crushed materials are then transported to the MTW European trapezium grinding mill via an elevator for grinding. During the grinding process, hot air generated by a hot air furnace enters the mill to dry the materials.
After grinding, the materials are carried by the system airflow to a classifier for classification. Fine powders that meet the particle size requirements are collected by a pulse dust collector, and then sent to the finished product silo through an air chute and an elevator. Coarse powders that do not meet the requirements are returned to the European-style grinding mill for re-grinding, forming a closed-circuit cycle to ensure the product particle size meets the standards.
