Cement Clinker Grinding Mill
The cement clinker uses limestone, clay, and iron as the main raw materials, and is prepared into a raw material at an appropriate ratio, and is partially or completely melted and cooled to obtain a semi-finished product. Applications
Portland cement clinker is usually mixed with limestone, gypsum, fly ash, etc. at a certain ratio, and then processed by a vertical mill to be finely ground to form portland cement. The specific surface area of common cement is 330-400㎡ / kg.
The first stage: Crushing

The second stage: Milling
The crushed small pieces of cement clinker are sent to the silo by the elevator, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the Vertical roller grinding mill for uniform and quantitative grinding by the vibrating feeder.
The third stage: Grading
The powdered material is classified by the classifier, and the unqualified powder is classified by the classifier and returned to the host for re-milling.
The fourth stage: Collecting
Fine powder complies with the fineness with airflow go through the pipe into the dust collector for separation and collection. The finished powder collected by the delivery device is delivered to the finished product bin, and then packed uniformly with the powder tanker or automatic packing machine.
