Dawn Heavy Industry has launched a new type of limestone desulfurization and powder production equipment and process for the desulfurization field of power plants. It can simultaneously produce two different particle sizes of limestone desulfurizers, 1mm-0.045mm and 0-0.045mm. It can not only meet the wet desulfurization (FGD) of limestone gypsum flue gas in coal powder boilers, but also has been widely used in the desulfurization field inside and outside circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers.
The main equipment of the process is LM vertical roller mill, which integrates crushing, drying, grinding, powder selection, and conveying. It is easy to operate and adopts a thin oil automatic forced lubrication system, equipped with a hydraulic flipping roller device. During maintenance, the grinding roller can be flipped out of the machine by the hydraulic device. The maintenance space is large, the maintenance is convenient, the operating cost is low, and a fully automatic control system is adopted, resulting in high product quality.
