Process flow of neodymium iron boron powder production:
1、 Raw material conveying section
After being calcined, the waste of neodymium iron boron enters the transfer bin, and the raw materials fall into the belt feeder.
2、 Grinding and powder selection section
The waste of neodymium, iron, and boron is fed into the European mill through a belt feeder for grinding. The ground materials are sorted by a powder concentrator under the action of wind power, and the qualified finished powder is selected and collected for temporary storage through a cyclone collector.
3、 Finished product storage and transportation section
The finished powder is transported downstream through pneumatic conveying equipment or other conveying equipment for the next stage.
