
Stone Paper Grinding Mill
Stone paper is based on large reserves and widely distributed limestone mineral resources as the main raw material (calcium carbonate content is 70-80%), and high-molecular polymers are used as auxiliary materials (content is 20-30%). Using the principle of polymer interface chemistry and the characteristics of polymer modification, it is made by polymer extrusion and blow molding after special processing.
It is a new material between paper and plastic, which can replace traditional part of functional paper and professional paper, and can also replace most of traditional plastic packaging.

Applications
It has the characteristics of low cost and controllable degradation, which can save a lot of costs for users without causing pollution. It can save the country a large amount of strategic resource oil (2.3 tons of oil can be saved for each ton used). The product can be degraded after use without causing secondary white pollution. It is composed of calcium carbonate which is ultra-finely milled to 800-1250 mesh, and then it is composed of batching, mixing, modification, extrusion and calendering.
Large pieces of calcium carbonate are crushed by the crusher to the feed fineness (15mm) that can enter the mill.
The crushed small pieces of calcium carbonate are sent to the silo by the elevator, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill by the vibrating feeder for grinding. Mostly calcium carbonate will be processed into ultrafine powder , Our MW micro powder mill are more economical.
The powdered material is classified by the classifier, and the unqualified powder is classified by the classifier and returned to the host for re-milling.
Fine powder complies with the fineness with airflow go through the pipe into the dust collector for separation and collection. The finished powder collected by the delivery device is delivered to the finished product bin, and then packed uniformly with the powder tanker or automatic packing machine.
