Clean coal powder preparation process and equipment selection

The equipment is equipped with five levels of safety and explosion-proof measures, including CO-O2 online detection system, nitrogen protection, and CO2 automatic fire extinguishing system, which comply with national standards.

The two-step method uses MTW European version grinding mill, which first dries and then grinds. It has a small footprint, low investment cost, and a processing range of 2-30T/h.

When preparing coal powder, it is necessary to add nitrogen generation system, carbon dioxide system, explosion-proof and fire extinguishing protection, as well as explosion-proof valves for key components in the future.
