Preparation technology of slag powder

Slag grinding is an important part of slag powder production, its grinding efficiency and grinding quality directly affect the cost and quality of slag grinding production. As the core equipment in the slag grinding production process, LM slag vertical mill of Liming Heavy Industry integrates fine crushing, grinding, drying, milling and conveying, ensuring the continuity and stability of slag powder production, the grinding efficiency of slag is improved.

The preparation process of the fine slag powder is as follows: the slag and other raw materials are transported into the factory by the loading truck, and then sent to the slag heap shed for storage and drying by the discharge hopper and the belt conveyor. The slag piled up by the forklift material, by the hopper, quantitative feeder metering through the belt conveyor conveyor to the hoist. In the conveying process, the slag material is removed iron and sieved successively by iron remover and vibrating screen, and then sent to LM slag vertical mill for grinding by screw conveyor and other air-lock feeding equipment. The ground slag powder is selected by a separator with the help of hot air provided by a hot blast stove, and is dried at the same time. The slag powder meeting the fineness requirement is finally transported to the dust collector for collection, and then transported by air chute, elevator into the finished warehouse for storage.
