What are the production processes for heavy calcium carbonate?
There are two production processes for heavy calcium carbonate:
1. Dry production process: Firstly, manually select calcite, limestone, chalk, shells, etc. transported from the quarry to remove gangue; Then, the limestone is roughly crushed using a crusher, and fine limestone powder is obtained through Raymond (pendulum) grinding. Finally, the grinding powder is graded using a classifier, and the powder that meets the particle size requirements is packaged and stored as a product. Otherwise, it is returned to the grinding machine for further grinding.
2. Wet production process flow: First, dry fine powder is made into a suspension and placed in a mill for further crushing. After dehydration and drying, ultrafine heavy calcium carbonate is produced.

The materials after grinding are fed into the powder selection machine by the airflow of the fan for classification. Under the action of the analysis machine, materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall into the grinding chamber for re grinding. Qualified materials then flow through the pipeline into the cyclone powder collector for separation and collection, and are discharged through the discharge device to form finished powder. The separated airflow enters the fan through the return air duct at the upper end of the cyclone dust collector. The system operates under positive and negative pressure conditions, and the equipment is equipped with a pulse dust collector, which meets national environmental protection standards.
