It adopts a multi-rotor powder separator, and all rotors can achieve variable-frequency speed regulation. The fineness of finished products can be controlled within the selected range, from 45μm to 3μm. It can produce qualified products of multiple specifications simultaneously, with the content of 2μm particles reaching up to over 65%.
2. High Whiteness of Finished Products
The specially designed grinding curves of the roller sleeve and liner ensure higher grinding efficiency, enabling high finished product rate with one-time grinding. Meanwhile, the material layer grinding principle is adopted, resulting in high whiteness and purity of the finished products.
3. Intelligent Grinding Roller Pressure Control
It uses a PLC/DCS automatic control system for grinding roller pressure control. This ensures precise grinding pressure control, efficient and stable operation, and easy operation.
4. Stable Operation
Electronic limit and mechanical limit protection are adopted to prevent contact between the grinding roller sleeve and the grinding disc liner. This avoids violent vibration and destructive impact, ensuring stable and efficient operation.

An automatic control system is adopted, enabling remote control and interlock protection. It features reliable operation and easy operation.
6. Convenient Maintenance and Environmental Protection
During maintenance, the grinding rollers can be turned out of the machine via a hydraulic device, providing a large maintenance space for convenient maintenance and reducing downtime losses. The equipment is fully sealed and operates under negative pressure, with low vibration during operation and no dust leakage.
